Individual guests
The price is per person based on two guests sharing a cabin. Individual guests are welcome if they agree to share a cabin with another guest of the same sex. Individual guests can book the whole cabin, but an additional charge of 70% of the full price per person will apply. Individual guests wishing to book a whole cabin should pay twice the amount of the base price for the reservation. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exclusive use of a cabin unless full price for the cabin has not been paid at the time of the booking.
We will refund 20% of the payment once the full payment is received.

The choice of cabins
The cruise price applies for all cabins on Beluga. Although the cabins differ slightly in design, each offers the same comfort and decor and each has a window. Please note that with your booking/payment, you can choose a cabin of your choice. Cabin changes are possible only in the case of a faulty cabin or "force majeure". A refund or compensation will not be provided in this case.

Changes in travel plans
Please note that safety always comes first. Cruise schedules are determined by the Captain and depend mainly on weather conditions. The Captain has the right to change the route and travel plans to provide our guests with the best possible conditions for diving. Please note that the captain is not in position to perfectly predict the sea conditions (sea currents and visibility) and fish movements. Refunds or compensation in the event of changes caused in a schedule by weather conditions are excluded.

Insurance
Please check that your travel insurance policy covers diving activities. At your request, we can provide details of our insurance company, Triglav and diving insurance DAN.

The right to refuse service
The owner is obliged to provide a safe and comfortable journey for its guests. Management of Beluga has the right to prohibit diving by guests who behave inappropriately or are considered not to be in a condition to dive. Those passengers which behave in a way that is dangerous to the general safety of other guests will be refused diving or even returned to the nearest port. Passengers which have in the past endangered the safety or comfort of other guests or crew may have their booking annulled without compensation. In addition, the crew has the right to refuse a passenger on health reasons if it is determined that they are not in condition to be a passenger or to go diving. Any use of narcotics will be reported immediately to the local authorities. The owner of the cruiser Tegor doo Zagreb can not be held liable for refusing a passenger, or refusing to refund fees. The owner of the cruiser Tegor doo Zagreb can refuse to refund the costs of diving activities, food, accommodation, return, and direct or indirect costs, such as the costs associated with criminal charges.
